• We are advocating for improved living conditions. If our condominium sponsor can afford two new buildings they need to invest in capital improvements in our condo buildings.  

• We advocate for designating the whole Parkchetser property including the garages a historic landmark. 

• We advocate for maintenance and repairs. Mold, leaks, security concerns, trash storage and pickup.

• We advocate our sponsor contributes more money to capital improvements: (Elevator replacements, ADA ramps, heat plant modernization
