File 311 complaint by calling 311 or at the link below.

Please file a 311 complaint each day your elevator is out of service. We recommend you call 311 and tell the operator the number of days the elevator has been out of service. For example My building has one elevator and today is the ____ day the elevator has been out of service. The disabled can not climb the stairs.
